Erin McFadden
Clinical Director

Erin received her bachelors degree from Michigan State University in communications with a focus on interpersonal communication.  She later received her masters of social work degree from Grand Valley State University and holds an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification. Prior to her role as clinical director, Erin provided services as a residential therapist at Phoenix Hall. Prior to coming to Addiction Treatment Services, she worked in multiple social service positions, including serving two terms with the AmeriCorps program, specifically focusing on the areas of homlessness and poverty reduction. Her clinical interests include women and substance use, co-occuring disorders, person-centered care, assisting people by accessing multiple pathways to recovery, and promoting trauma-informed practices. Erin grew up in Northern Michigan and enjoys spending time exploring its beauty by kayaking and hiking, enjoying time with friends and family and living life as a life long learner.
